London Medical Laboratories is responsible for the overall governance and management of the service, including the patient pathway, laboratory testing and analysis of samples, clinical oversight, results management and appropriate clinical advice where required.
360 Degree Clinic does not independently provide or sell blood-testing services as a separate service from London Medical Laboratories. When patients attend 360 Degree Clinic for blood testing, the blood sample is collected on behalf of London Medical Laboratories as part of the London Medical Laboratories blood-testing service.
Our role is specifically to provide the phlebotomy and blood sample collection service in accordance with the policies, procedures and clinical governance arrangements established by London Medical Laboratories.
For clarity, patients booking a blood test through this service are receiving the blood-testing service from London Medical Laboratories, with 360 Degree Clinic providing the phlebotomy element on London Medical Laboratories behalf.
