Appointments

Please attend your appointment alone unless you require a chaperone. Chaperone services are available upon request.

Strictly no under 18’s allowed. (Unless you are Under 18 and have an appointment, then you will need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian.)

Arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your appointment time.

While we use industry-leading technology, we cannot always guarantee that results will be 100%. We strongly advise following all aftercare recommendations from your clinician for the best results.

Memberships

All membership plans are for a minimum period of three months initially. Thereafter one month’s notice is needed for cancellation.

Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable.

Consultations with our injectors require a £50 deposit. Consultations with Therapists require a £25 deposit; these are redeemable off of treatments only.

All appointments (unless on a paid course) require a £100 deposit. All appointments require a 72-hour (business hours) cancellation notice.

For treatments over £500, a 50% deposit of the treatment total is required. All appointments require a 72-hour (business hours) cancellation notice.

Deposit fees are deducted from treatments, NOT retail products.

Your £50 consultation fee must be redeemed within four weeks of your consultation.

Refunds

No refunds are available for purchases of package sessions. This applies to all treatments.

Refunds are not offered on offers, however, they can be changed for different treatments. (*Medical concerns/Bereavements can be honoured with adequate notice)

A refund on a package will be considered to be given in an alternative treatment in our clinic if the refund is based on a medical reason or bereavement. In such case, the refunded amount will be calculated based on the total fee for treatment sessions taken to date, at a single session rate deducted from the total package price.

Any treatments or services you have purchased cannot be refunded or exchanged for additional services outside of the 14-day cooling-off period from the purchase date if you have changed your mind.

We cannot provide refunds for treatments paid for on finance.

There are no refunds on treatment courses once treatment has started.

Cancellations

Please check all confirmation emails as these will have consent forms and medical questionnaires which must be filled out before any appointment. Failure to do so could result in your appointment being rescheduled and/or your deposit being lost.

In the unlikely event that you are more than 5 minutes late for an appointment, please be aware this may result in your appointment being cancelled and forfeiting your deposit.

For any cancellations, we require three working days’ notice to avoid losing your deposit.

Any courses purchased are non-refundable.

Declining Treatment

We reserve the right to decline treatment at any time if we deem the treatment to be unsafe or unsuitable for the patient.

Offers & Promotions

Offers and promotions cannot be applied to pre-existing bookings, nor can pre-existing bookings be cancelled and rebooked to claim the promotion.

When you book a discounted course of 6 sessions of laser hair removal it is the final session that does not hold any monetary value. Applicable to Hydrafacials and Laser courses.

Christmas Voucher Offer

Vouchers are non-refundable.

Vouchers are to be used within their validity period.

Not to be used with any other discounted treatments, services, or other offers.

Available for use on new appointments booked after January 2023.

Not for use on pre-booked appointments.

Vouchers are to be used within one year of purchase.

Vouchers are not eligible for finance.

Finance

We are pleased to offer finance options with GoCardless for all cosmetic and medical treatments performed at our dermatology clinic in Southampton.

We cannot provide refunds for treatments paid for on finance.

Important: Finance options are NOT available for medical prescription drugs and medication.

COVID-19

If you become unwell with COVID-19 symptoms, please reschedule your appointment. If you are not double vaccinated and have been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, please reschedule your appointment.

If you have an appointment for a COVID-19 vaccination, please ensure you have no Dermal Filler treatments two weeks before or two weeks after the vaccination.

Other important information

A deposit of £25 is required when booking any review. This can be refunded or kept on your account for future appointments.

It is advised to come to an appointment without a full face of makeup to ensure your treatment is completed in the allocated time.
